This project replaced a small dark kitchen with a new contemporary kitchen along with shower room and utility cupboard. Our clients wanted to update their kitchen and remove an old conservatory. We have created a large open plan kitchen dining room with sliding doors and a large rooflight.

For some larger and more complex projects we fee on a % of the build cost but we'll discuss this with at the fee stage.

We understand that potential clients are keen to know what it would cost to use our services so have prepared some example price packages to give you an idea of what to expect.
All projects are different and we prepare a bespoke fixed fee quotation after meeting you and understanding what the project will involve.
The fee quotation is based on our estimate of how long it will take to do the work and we prepare a resource schedule which tells you what has been allowed for.
Sometimes this can change if project requirements evolve and we would let you know when the original fee is likely to be exceeded.

We provide initial consultations at your home from 100+VAT (depends on location) or video/phone consultation fee of 50+VAT, which will be deducted from the fee if you decide to go ahead.
If you decide to opt for a video/phone consultation our Architect / Director will visit the property ahead of undertaking sketch designs so we are fully aware of all aspects of the project.
If so, one of our team will ask you to issue any plans, photos / videos or links you may have of the property.
