Free Consultation We will visit your property to discuss your ideas & prepare sketches to outline your scheme & can advise you on any planning or technical issues. Building Survey & Drawing We will perform a measured survey of the existing building where necessary & prepare accurate CAD drawing. Proposal Drawing We will take the original sketches and the survey to create a proposed scheme & advise on and incorporate any further ideas you may have.

Planning Applications After the scheme has met your approval we will submit drawings to the local authority for planning approval (minimum of 8 weeks). Building Regulation Application Once the planning application has been successful we will liaise with the necessary consultants to prepare a full set of construction drawings and details for building regulation approval.
