C.W. Architects were formed in 1999 by Chris Waterworth and Darren Worthing both from the highly commercial background of Powell Dobson Partnership in Cardiff. The ethos of the practice was to provide a highly personal 'hands-on' approach to a broad base of private and corporate clients. Design input by Chris Waterworth was strengthened by Darren Worthing's Technical ability.
Since 1999 the turnover of the practice has grown exponentially to reinforce CWArchitects as a highly viable organisation capable of handling projects from A0.5m to A20m in value covering a wide range of building types. C.W. Architects provides the services of two designers and three highly experienced technical staff. Secretarial services are in house.
We have external accountants and electronic imaging consultants who are able to provide state of the art photo-real project imagery. The office is organised as one team with projects allocated to Technical staff once planning permission has been granted. Workload is balanced by taking only commissions, which will dovetail with the workload of the personnel.
