Producing architectural building plans and drawings to architect quality for home extensions, new Build Developments, garages, loft conversions, conservatories, conversions and refurbishments, we will undertake Planning Permission, Lawful Development Certificates and Building Regulations on your behalf.
From our initial meeting and acceptance of the plans and drawings quote, we undertake a measured survey of the property, prepare the architectural drawings and plans required for us to submit a verified application for a Lawful Development Certificate or Planning Permission, and then produce architectural building regulation plans and drawings needed for approval under Building Control for a Full Plan Approval.
