No two projects are the same. Your requirement for spaces; the orientation of the building; the surrounding landscape; the need for privacy or visibility, all begin to shape the brief and the design. To a empathise with you, and to understand what is required, is the key to elevating a project from the ordinary to the extraordinary.

The existing site housed a detached 1960's two bedroom bungalow, which was in need of serious renovation.
Our clients were young, looking to create an extensive and exciting family home.
Sean Banton owned his own building firm, Greenhill Building Company Ltd., our paths had therefore crossed in the past and they were keen to work with us.
The site steps away dramatically to the North-West which is obscured from the viewer on arrival.
This elevated position provides the property with superb views from the South West to North West.

This project entails the conversion of a former lingerie factory for Claire and Duncan Kerry.
Situated in the heart of Wirksworth on West End, the factory falls within the Conservation area.
The factory had previously been used to make lingerie for Janet Regar, and was an empty shell consisting mainly of two large machine rooms, and a corner office.
We desired a family home, and a furniture workshop for Duncan Kerry Furniture.
