Niblett Architecture is the trading name of Neil Niblett Ltd and covers all sectors of the architectural and building profession but concentrates primarily on Primary Health Care projects where we have extensive experience. For the past 40 years we have designed and supervised around 350 to 400 health care buildings throughout England and Wales.

Neil has 40 years' experience in the field of Primary Healthcare building design and has provided advice to the Dept of Health, NHS Estates and several Health Trusts in England and Health Boards in Wales.
His knowledge and understanding of Primary Healthcare, user requirements and building procurement is varied and extensive.
He also understands the role of Solicitors and Accountants who advise our clients and can act as a co-ordinator to ensure a smooth and efficient project programme.
Nigel has over 30 years post qualification experience and he has worked on many Healthcare projects.

This new facility consists of a six General Practitioner Surgery, a Pharmacy and a self contained Dental Unit.
The practice had to develop, design and construct a new facility to comply fully with the NHS Estates Guidance for surgery design, allow for integration of other primary care providers, additional healthcare for dental services and pharmaceutical supply, be designed so as to follow the natural course of the roundabout and associated estate roads, be further designed so as to be in the Oxfordshire Vernacular' and not to exceed budget.
