Melissa is from the Philippines where she worked in her family business, which was one of the first travel agencies in the Philippines.
He has an ONC & HNC in building studies and Diploma's in Management and Marketing.
Andy is also a full member of the Chartered Institute of Building; a Chartered Manager and an Associate of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
Andy's duties include, Business Management, Employer's Agent, Contract Administration, Project Co-Ordination, CDM Principal Designer and Cost Consultancy.
