My name is Charles Pacey, the company that we founded in 2004 is based in Yorkshire.
We have over 30 years experience in architectural services and the construction industry previously working in the large commercial and light industrial sectors and with the more interesting residential developments and now specialise in more intimate projects for private clients and small developers, the emphasis being on providing a high level of personal service with design to suit both modern and traditional tastes and attention to detail on every project irrespective of size.
Working with selected contractors, specialist sub-contractors and consultants we provide a flexible service tailored to suit individual clients needs ranging from initial concept design and cost advice through to planning and building regulations submissions, working drawings, structural engineering design, interior design, obtaining tenders and contract supervision.We are very approachable; we listen to our clients and work hard to form a relationship of trust and mutual respect.

I had worked for 30 years in the industry having been an assistant director at the major architectural practice of Fletcher Joseph Architect.
In my 12 years at Fletcher Joseph I worked on many multi million pound projects for Guardian Properties, Road Chef, The Royal Mail, Mat West Banks, Asda and Wm.
5 years ago I started my own company for much smaller more intimate projects ranging from 20,000 - 1,000,000 for private clients and small private developers.
The emphasis being on providing a high level of personal service and good design with a high standard of detailing on every project irrespective of size.

Having been invited to offer a quotation for architectural services on a project we meet the client, establish their requirements, view the site and give preliminary advice on the feasibility of achieving their goals within the constraints of the site and their budget, confirm what the construction costs could be and the likelihood of obtaining planning permission.
Our quotation and the planning and cost advice is given free of charge.
Our quotation is fully itemised based on the level of service required and includes the architectural servicesural fee, structural engineering fee, planning and building regulations application fees and ancillary costs.
